根据1980年4月召开的《化学通报》第二次全国编委会讨论意见,对本刊“主要栏目简介”和“征稿简则”作了适当修改。“进展与评述”栏的文稿,希望选题面要宽、读者面要广,适当增多与四化建设和国民经济关系密切的文章;“研究简报”栏的文稿,要压缩字数、提高质量、及时发表。为响应科协“二大”关于开展建议活动的倡议,决定增辟“化学工作者论坛”专栏。“征稿简则”也作了相应修改,特别对参考文献的格式、稿中外文字母及符号书写等,提出了明确要求。希望广大化学工作者,根据本刊的性质和新(新进展、新知识)、基(基础理论,基础知识和基本技术)、通(综合性和广泛性)、普(文章写的深入浅出,向大专水平的化学工作者进行普及)的特色,积极投稿,并尽量使稿件符台本刊“主要栏目简介”和“征稿简则”中提出的要求。
