制作45个半梁式黏结试件,研究保护层厚度,钢筋直径,配箍率对页岩陶粒轻骨料混凝土与变形钢筋粘结性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:增加保护层厚度,钢筋肋间混凝土齿强度利用率提高,进而在一定范围内可以提高极限黏结强度;轻骨料混凝土与钢筋之间的黏结强度对钢筋直径的变化比较敏感,减小钢筋直径,极限黏结强度显著提高,但残余黏结强度与极限黏结强度的比值大幅下降;增加配箍率对提高极限黏结强度作用不大,但可以有效提高残余黏结强度。
45 half-beam bonded specimens were made to study the effects of the thickness of protective layer, the diameter of steel bar and the stirrup ratio on the bonding properties of shale ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete and deformed bar. The results show that increasing the thickness of the protective layer increases the utilization ratio of the interdental concrete to the ultimate bond strength, and the bond strength between the lightweight aggregate concrete and the rebar is more sensitive to the variation of the rebar diameter. The diameter and ultimate bond strength of small steel bar increased significantly, but the ratio of residual bond strength to ultimate bond strength decreased significantly. Increasing the stirrup ratio had little effect on increasing the ultimate bond strength, but could effectively improve the residual bond strength.
