Cylindrical confronting cistermal(CCC)是细胞体内厚20nm,长1~2um,呈圆形或试管状的构造物,一般在实验性非甲非乙型肝炎,实验性δ肝炎,AIDS,用干扰素(IFN)治疗的δ肝炎患者,成人T细胞白血病以及多发性硬化症患者中出现。有报告说,CCC是与Tuburo网状结构一起通过IFN诱导的,但发生率报低。而关于在人丙型肝炎患者中出现CCC的报告至今没有见到。本文作者首次发现3例慢性丙型肝炎肝组织内出现CCC的病例。病例1:39岁,男性,慢性丙型肝炎,肝内巨噬细胞胞体内出现
Cylindrical confronting cistermal (CCC) is a cell structure with a thickness of 20nm and a length of 2 ~ 2um, which is round or tube-like. Generally, it is used in experimental non-A, B, ) Patients with hepatitis C, adult T-cell leukemia and multiple sclerosis patients. It has been reported that CCC is induced by IFN along with the Tuburo network, but the incidence is low. The report on CCC in patients with human hepatitis C has not been seen so far.
