1999年4月6日上午9时,中国机器人足球协会成立大会在哈尔滨市七星公司会议厅开幕。湖南省政协副主席、中国人工智能协会智能机器人协会理事长蔡自兴教授、黑龙江省人大副主任朱典明教授、原哈尔滨工业大学党委书记吴林教授、哈尔滨工业大学副校长王祖温教授、哈尔滨工业大学计算机系洪炳熔教授、国家自然科学基金委员会自动化学科主任徐孝涵教授、总装备部仿真技术组组长蒋赞平研究员、七星集团公司董事长岳修荣高工、七星集团公司总经理王达副教授、哈尔滨工程大学计算机系主任顾国昌教授、北京青少年科技馆副馆长徐爱平高工、北京大学计算机系副主任程旭副教授、中国科学院软件研究所副所长李明树研究员、北京科技大学机器人所副所长林文兴教授、沈阳东北大学徐心和教授、《机器人技术与应用》杂志社主编刘进长高工等30余位专家和新闻界的一些朋友参加了成立大会。蔡自兴教授、王祖温教授,洪炳熔教授、吴林教授、徐孝涵教授、王达总经理等先后讲话,预祝协会能兴旺发达;刘进长同志宣读了协会章程草案、顾国昌教授宣布了主要成员名单。下午代表们认真审议、讨论、修改了协会章程草案,并一致鼓掌通过。
At 9:00 on April 6, 1999, the founding assembly of China Robot Football Association was opened in the conference hall of Seven Star Company in Harbin. Vice Chairman of CPPCC Hunan Province, Professor Cai Zixing, chairman of Intelligent Robot Association of China Artificial Intelligence Association, Professor Zhu Dianming, deputy director of Heilongjiang Provincial People’s Congress, Professor Wu Lin from Harbin University of Technology, former vice president of Harbin Institute of Technology, Professor Wang Zuwen from Harbin Institute of Technology Professor Hong Bingliu, Professor Xu Xiaokang, Director of Automation Department of NSFC, Professor Jiang Zanping, Head of Simulation Technology Group of General Armament Department, Senior Engineer Yue Xiu-rong, Chairman of Qixing Group Corporation, Associate Professor Wang Da, General Manager of Qixing Group, Department of Computer Science, Harbin Engineering University Professor Gu Guochang, deputy director of Beijing Youth Science and Technology Museum Xu Aiping, associate professor of Computer Science Department of Peking University Associate Professor Cheng Xu, Institute of Software Chinese Academy of Sciences, deputy director Li Mingshu researcher, University of Science and Technology, Beijing Institute of robotics associate professor Lin Wenxing, Shenyang Northeastern University Professor Xu Xinhe, “Robotics and Applications” magazine editor in Chief Liu Jinchang more than 30 experts and some friends from the press attended the inaugural meeting. Professor Cai Zixing, Professor Wang Zuwen, Professor Hong Bingliu, Professor Wu Lin, Professor Xu Xiaonan and Wang Da have successively delivered speeches in the hope that the association will flourish. Comrade Liu Jinchang read out the draft articles of association and Professor Gu Guochang announced the list of key members. In the afternoon, the delegates conscientiously deliberated, discussed and revised the draft articles of association and unanimously applauded them.
