本文分析了戴软性接触镜发生角膜溃疡者３６例及配戴正常者１００例，应用ＬＯ－ＧＩＳＴＩＣ回归，分析软性接触镜发生角膜溃疡的危险因素。结果显示软性接触镜发生角膜溃疡的危险因素是：戴镜过夜，未定期随访和性别。它们的相对危险性比值比（ＯＲ）为：戴镜过夜８．２７（９５％可信区间为２．６２－２６．０９），未定期随访８．３７（９５％可信区间为２．６６－２６．３６），性别１．５０（９５％可信区间为０．５０－４．５３）。戴镜过夜和未定期随访两因素与缺乏有关接触镜知识和正确的指导有关。
In this paper, 36 cases of corneal ulcer wearing soft contact lens and 100 cases of wearing normal corneal ulcer were analyzed. The LO-GISTIC regression was used to analyze the risk factors of corneal ulcer caused by soft contact lens. The results showed that soft lens contact lens risk factors for corneal ulcer is: wearing glasses overnight, not regular follow-up and gender. Their odds ratio odds ratios were: wearing glasses over night 8.27 (95% confidence interval 2.62-26.09), not regularly followed up 8.37 (95% confidence interval 2.66 -26.36), gender 1.50 (95% confidence interval 0.50-4.53). Wearing glasses overnight and unspecified follow-up factors and the lack of contact lens knowledge and correct guidance.
