本文介绍了一种新型的刚玉涂覆的超硬磨料。其特征是:刚玉颗粒凸凹不平,呈“刺状”,与金刚石、立方氮化硼(CBN)牢固结合,在树脂基砂轮中能够提高超硬磨料与基体的把持力,防止磨粒的早期脱落。实验结果表明,采用刚玉涂覆的超硬磨料制造磨具,可提高磨具的磨削效率,并延长磨具的使用寿命。
This article describes a new type of corundum-coated superabrasive.
