1985年以来,在国家教委的领导下,我国部分重点高等院校,实行了少量优秀生免试保送升学的办法。招生对象一般是省级以上重点中学的优秀生,也有个别一般中学特别优秀(如在国际、国内学科竞赛中获奖)的学生。这些保送生升入大学后,绝大多数表现很好,品学兼优。然而,就目前的保送工作与制度而言,还存在着一些问题,有待于进一步改进与完善,现提出如下建议:
Since 1985, under the leadership of the State Education Commission, some key institutions of higher learning in our country have introduced a few outstanding students to try their best to study for further studies. Enrollment applicants are generally outstanding students from key secondary schools above the provincial level. Some of them are exceptionally well-to-do middle school students (such as those winning awards in international and domestic academic competitions). After these students have been promoted to university, the vast majority have performed well and have good academic performance. However, there are still some problems to be solved regarding the present work and system of sending escorts. For further improvement and perfection, some suggestions are as follows:
