胡总书记在“七一”重要讲话中提出:“要着眼全面履行新世纪新阶段军队历史使命,以推动国防和军队科学发展为主题,以加快转变战斗力生成模式为主线,全面加强军队革命化、现代化、正规化建设。”胡总书记关于主题主线的重大战略思想,内涵丰富,思想深刻,为军队建设发展提供了科学指南和根本遵循。我们师是担负重要作战任务的部队,必须自觉用这一重大战略思想升华认识,科学统筹、全面抓建,有力有序推进部队转型建设发展。
