Recently, the CCTV “Focus Interview” program broadcast a documentary report of the Great Hanshin Earthquake in Japan. One Chinese student said: At the time of the Great Hanshin Earthquake, the survivors first saw the “flash” of the filming. If such a catastrophe occurred in China, the survivors would definitely see the People’s Liberation Army at first glance. Two “first glances” reflect the difference between the two systems, intriguing and thought-provoking. “Survival can be seen tall and small.” In the film “Zhou Enlai,” people have seen the Xingtai Earthquake, and many of its scenes are unforgettable: After the earthquake, dear Premier Zhou Enlai pre-empted the disaster area, and the victims eat “rice soup + 馍 馍”, holding the cold The cold wind, holding the tired sick body, the meticulous care and warmth of the party and government sent to the hearts of the victims; the people of the armed forces soldiers in danger, forget their lives, rescue one after another “flesh and blood” victims, showing “green uniform” Bright light. In the floods in East China, our general secretary and prime minister rolled their trousers and took the lead in carrying out the storm and on-site command of the disaster relief and visited the victims. Our PLA commanders and soldiers love the disaster-stricken areas, come forward to disaster relief and give their hope of survival to the victims, The danger to yourself. In the northeast floods, Jinming Municipal Party Committee Secretary Zhang Mingqi took the lead, where there is “urgent, difficult, dangerous, heavy,” where he had his presence, with flesh and blood of the people to make a good answer. In China, a major disaster is a great condensation of the Party’s heart and a great congregation of the people. A big disaster is a truthful revelation and a great confluence of love. Even foreign friends have to admit unanimously: "Only China can do it, concentrate all manpower and property and go with the highest efficiency.
