近年来我们应用多普勒超声心动图观察口服剂量的倍他洛克(Betaloc,Metoprolol,美多心安)对高血压合并左心舒张功能不全的治疗作用,兹报告如下。资料和方法对象:选择1991年12月～1992年7月间,按1978年WHO 标准诊断为Ⅱ期高血压17例,Ⅲ期高血压5例,共22例。其中男14例,女8例,年龄35～72岁,平均51.4±9.8岁,平均病程12.5年,平均血压22.5±2.64/14.66±1.03kPa。心电图检查呈窦性心律,心室率90～126
