与国内沿海发达地区相比,天津市中小企业发展的速度较慢,制约其发展的因素是多方面的。本文通过分析中小企业管理信息化发展的制约因素,提出了基于供应链管理的基本思想与电子商务外包是加速天津市中小企业管理信息化发展的对策思路。
Compared with the developed coastal areas in China, the development of SMEs in Tianjin is relatively slow and the factors restricting their development are many. Based on the analysis of the restrictive factors in the development of SME management information, this paper puts forward the idea of outsourcing based on supply chain management and e-commerce outsourcing is to speed up the development of SME management information in Tianjin.
