在中职学校的主要工作中学生管理是重中之重。学生管理工作的效果可以充分说明一个学校的学习风气,极大程度影响了学校的声誉。我国传统的管理时期,一般都是利用有关的规章制度限制学生,进一步实现管理目标。但是,随着社会的不断发展,学生管理工作中的问题越加突出,迫切需要对其进行全面改革,从而提高中职学生管理工作的质量。本文首先分析了新时期下中职学生管理工作的基本原则,其次探讨了新时期下中职学生管理现状,最后提出了新时期下中职学生管理工作改革措施。
The main job in secondary vocational school student management is the most important. The effectiveness of student management can fully illustrate the learning atmosphere of a school, greatly affected the reputation of the school. In the traditional management period of our country, we generally use the relevant rules and regulations to restrict students and further realize the management goal. However, with the continuous development of society, the problems in student management become more prominent. There is an urgent need to conduct a comprehensive reform so as to improve the quality of student management in secondary vocational schools. This paper first analyzes the basic principles of the management of secondary vocational students in the new era, then discusses the management status of students under secondary vocational schools in the new era, and finally puts forward the reform measures for the management of secondary vocational students in the new era.
