英国体育纠纷解决中心是英国解决体育纠纷的主要机构。目前,英国体育纠纷解决中心解决纠纷的方式主要为仲裁和调解。除此以外,中心还成立了国内反兴奋剂小组和运动员保护小组,专门解决英国国内与兴奋剂和运动员保护有关的案件。通过对纠纷种类的细化,英国体育纠纷的解决得到了进一步的完善。由于英国体育纠纷解决中心提供的纠纷解决服务具有专业性、快捷性、费用低等优点,中心已获得了英国体育界的普遍认可。英国体育仲裁中心建立的相对完备的体育纠纷解决制度,可以为我国今后建立体育仲裁制度提供参考与借鉴。
British Sports Dispute Resolution Center is the United Kingdom to resolve the main body of sports disputes. Currently, the UK Sports Dispute Resolution Center dispute resolution methods mainly for arbitration and mediation. In addition, the Center also set up a domestic anti-doping group and a team of athletes to protect domestic-related cases of doping and athlete protection. Through the refinement of the types of disputes, the settlement of sports disputes in Britain has been further improved. As the dispute resolution service provided by the UK Sports Dispute Resolution Center has the advantages of professionalism, quickness and low cost, the center has won universal recognition from British sports circles. The relatively complete sports dispute resolution system set up by the British Sports Arbitration Center can provide reference for China’s future establishment of the sports arbitration system.
