战国时期的“围魏救赵”源于这方热土,这里就是盛誉明清、素有“烹饪之乡”之美名的河南省长垣县。长垣县辖六镇八乡四个办事处,下辖599个行政村,土地面积1051平方公里,总人口85万,其中农业人口77万,劳动力总数43万,是一个典型的农业大县。近年来,长垣县委、县政府提出“培训一人、输出一人、就业一人、脱贫一户”的工作目标,把劳务输出当作“富民强县”的一项战略措
