水温传感器主要是用来检测发动机冷却液的温度,然后将检测到的信号转换为电信号并将电信号通过数据输送单元,传送到发动机的控制单元,控制单元通过接收到的信号控制汽车喷油和点火的时间,从而保证发动机始终运行到最佳的运行状态,但是水温传感器在进行检测的过程中经常会发生一些故障,这些故障会降低发动机的使用性能。本文就主要针对水温传感器的结构以及工作原理进行分析,然后提出几种常见的检测方法,并对日常出现的主要故障进行研究,提出相对应的解决策略,然后针对具体的案例进行分析。
