目的:研究抗瘾健口服液的一般药理作用、药效学及毒性作用。方法:应用光导管测大小鼠自发活动。用多导仪、多用生理电信号分析仪测血压、心率呼吸参数变化。以扭体法和热板法测定镇痛效果。观察该药对纳洛酮促吗啡依赖小鼠戒断症状抑制作用,用纳洛酮催促给予该药后小鼠戒断症状试验。用灌胃给药测小鼠急性毒性作用、大鼠长期毒性作用。结果:抗瘾健口服液对大小鼠具有镇静、镇痛作用,能抑制其戒断症状,无成瘾性,对大鼠心率、血压、呼吸参数无明显影响。结论:该药对吗啡依赖性小鼠戒断综合症抑制作用明显,无明显毒副作用。
Objective: To study the general pharmacological effects, pharmacodynamics and toxic effects of Kangjianjian oral liquid. METHODS: Light-guided catheters were used to measure spontaneous activity in mice. A multi-channel, multi-physiological electrical signal analyzer was used to measure changes in blood pressure and heart rate breathing parameters. The analgesic effect was determined by the writhing method and the hot plate method. Observed the inhibitory effect of this drug on naloxone-induced morphine withdrawal symptoms in mice, and naloxone was used to urge the mice to undergo withdrawal symptoms after the test. Gastric administration was used to measure the acute toxicity of the mice and the long-term toxicity of the rats. RESULTS: Anti-addiction Jian Oral Liquid had sedative and analgesic effects on large mice, inhibited their withdrawal symptoms, and was not addictive. There was no significant effect on rat heart rate, blood pressure, and respiratory parameters. Conclusion: This drug has a significant inhibitory effect on morphine-dependent withdrawal syndrome in mice and has no obvious toxic or side effects.
