邓小平同志指出,一个学校能不能为社会主义培养合格的人才,培养德智体全面发展,有社会主义觉悟,有文化的劳动者,关键在教师。因此,加强师德建设,建设高素质教师队伍,是培养社会主义建设者和接班人的需要。师德建设,在社会主义精神文明和学校队伍建设中,始终是最重要的核心问题。
Comrade Deng Xiaoping pointed out: Whether a school can cultivate qualified personnel for socialism and cultivate laborers who have all-round development in moral, physical, socialistic, and cultural fields is the key to teachers. Therefore, strengthening the construction of teachers’ morality and building a contingent of highly qualified teachers are the needs of cultivating socialist builders and successors. The construction of teachers’ morality has always been the most important core issue in the construction of socialist spiritual civilization and the school team.
