2000年上海集邮节除主会场举办活动外,还有13家基层邮协组织分会场举办各项活动(见附表)。时间从3月4目上柴邮协的联谊会开始,至3月18日市职工邮协的会长、秘书长研讨班结束,前后达半个月之久。各分会场开展的活动,从形式上看,虽多数采用研讨会的形式,但其它形式如邮展、讲座、报告会、赏析会等亦有几家采用,总体呈现多样化格局。从内容上看,都是结合具体实际和各自特点,且围绕集邮节主题,显得丰富多彩,各具特色,
