刘汉档案1965年,出生于四川广汉。早年涉足各种生意,自20世纪90年代开始涉足期货并积累巨额资产,后涉足水电、道路、景区、医药、房地产等多个行业,近年涉足矿业资源。2003年,入主胡润百富榜。2008年,因“史上最牛希望小学”广为人知。2013年,因涉嫌犯罪被限制自由。一向被认为有些神秘的刘汉,在2014年1月中旬再度“浮出水面”。在这个地方“两会”密集召开的时段,政协四川省第十一届常委会于2014年1月15日发出通告称,因刘汉涉嫌犯罪,决定免去其政协四川省第十一届委员会常务委员职务、撤销其省政协委员资格。这一通告,坐实了2013年3月刘汉被警方控制的传闻。
