科技档案是档案的一个门类。科技档案是科技资源储备的一种形式,是发展科技、从事现代化生产建设的依据和必要的条件。科技档案对工作和生产具有查考作用,对总结经验具有依据作用和历史凭证作用,而且它又是技术交流的一种手段。我院及所属的11个单位(六所五场),在1985年以前,由于机构多变、人员流动大、制度不健全等原因,保存的技术资料不多,
Technology files is a category of files. Science and technology files are a form of reserves of science and technology resources, and are the basis and necessary conditions for developing science and technology and modernizing production and construction. Scientific and technological archives have a checking function on work and production, a basis for summing up experience and a historical voucher, and it is also a means of technical exchange. In our institute and its 11 units (five in six), before 1985, there were not many technical documents kept due to institutional changes, large staff turnover, and inadequate systems.
