蚤类毒性试验已有许多的资料报道。1976年美国将蚤的毒性试验法列入给水和废水标准检验方法一书中,1978年美国环保局(EPA)对蚤的毒性试验也做了具体规定,蚤类毒性试验在瑞典、日本、东德、加拿大及苏联等国家都开展起来,成为一个公认的生物测试法。1980年国际标准组织(ISO)拟订了国际标准法,而目前我国尚没有这种试验法,更未见影响蚤类毒性试验因素的系统研究报道。为了确立符合我国国情的标准试验法,我们选择了与环境污染较常见的毒物和人体健康比较密切的微量元素如Se~(+6)、Se~(+4)、Pb~(+2)、Ag~(+1)等金属毒物对影响蚤类毒性试验主要因素:pH、温度、蚤龄及稀释水进行了系统的比较研究,为建立我国环境毒理学标准方法——大型蚤生物测试法提供科学数据。
Flea toxicity test has been a lot of information reported. In 1976, the United States included the toxicity test of fleas into the standard test method for feedwater and wastewater. In 1978, the EPA also made specific tests on the toxicity of fleas. Fleas toxicity tests were conducted in Sweden, Japan, Germany, Canada and the Soviet Union and other countries are carried out to become a recognized biological testing method. In 1980, the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) developed the international standardization law. At present, there is no such test method in our country, and no systematic study on the factors affecting flea toxicity has been reported yet. In order to establish a standard test method in line with China’s national conditions, we have selected trace elements such as Se ~ (+6), Se ~ (+4), Pb ~ (+2), Ag ~ (+1) and other metal toxins on fleas toxicity test of the main factors: pH, temperature, flea age and dilution of water were systematically compared to establish a standard method for environmental toxicology - Daphnia magna bioassay Scientific data.
