患者女,65岁。右大腿内侧无痛性肿块2年,呈渐进性增大。体检:右大腿上段内侧触及大小约7cm×5cm肿块,质硬,边界清楚,无压痛,活动度差,按压后无肢体麻木不适,局部皮肤无红肿,无破溃。实验室检查阴性。MRI检查:右侧股内侧肌内占位,大小约6.8cm×4.6cm×3.5cm,边界清楚,T1WI呈低信
Female patient, 65 years old. Right inner thigh painless mass 2 years, was progressively increased. Physical examination: the inside of the upper thigh touching the size of about 7cm × 5cm mass, hard, clear boundary, no tenderness, poor mobility, no physical numbness after pressing, no local swelling, no ulceration. Laboratory test negative. MRI examination: the medial right side of the intramuscular mass, the size of about 6.8cm × 4.6cm × 3.5cm, clear boundary, T1WI was low
