阿托品治疗有机磷中毒的机制,在于阻断了胆碱反应系统,以拮抗由乙酰胆碱蓄积所引起的毒蕈碱样症状。阿托品虽是治疗有机磷中毒的特效药、若用药不当,将会影响病人预后,危及生命。
The mechanism of atropine in the treatment of organophosphate poisoning consists in blocking the cholinergic system in order to counteract muscarinic-like symptoms caused by the accumulation of acetylcholine. Although atropine is a cure for organophosphate poisoning, if the medication is not appropriate, it will affect the patient’s prognosis and endanger life.
