目的分析甘肃省2013-2015年输入性疟疾疫情,为完善消除疟疾策略和措施提供依据。方法收集2013-2015年甘肃省输入性疟疾防治资料和疫情报告数据,对疫情情况、地区分布、感染疟原虫虫种的构成、病例诊断类型,以及输入性病例的感染来源等进行分析。结果2013-2015年甘肃省共报告疟疾病例97例,其中间日疟52例(占53.6%),恶性疟42例(占43.3%),三日疟、卵形疟和混合感染各1例(占3.1%),均为输入性病例,无本地感染病例。病例感染来源地以东南亚为主(59例,占60.8%),其次为非洲(38例,占39.2%)。发病人群主要为出国务工的21~50岁男性青壮年(91例,占93.8%),4-8月份发病最多(50例,占51.6%)。输入性病例主要分布在文县(49例,占50.5%)、兰州(15例,占15.5%)。病例从发病至确诊的间隔时间中位数为4 d。报告病例主要来自临床医疗机构,占91.8%(89/97),疾病控制机构占8.2%(8/97)。结论甘肃省2013-2015年无本地感染的疟疾病例报告,以输入性间日疟居多,主要来自东南亚。
Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of imported malaria in Gansu Province during 2013-2015 and provide evidences for the improvement of malaria elimination strategies and measures. Methods Data of imported malaria control and epidemic situation in Gansu province during 2013-2015 were collected. The epidemic situation, geographical distribution, the composition of the infected parasite species, the diagnosis type of cases and the source of infection of imported cases were analyzed. Results A total of 97 malaria cases were reported in Gansu Province from 2013 to 2015, including 52 malaria cases (53.6%), 42 falciparum malaria cases (43.3%), malaria malariae, 1 case of egg-shaped malaria and 1 case of mixed infection Accounting for 3.1%), are imported cases, no local cases of infection. Source of infection in Southeast Asia (59 cases, accounting for 60.8%), followed by Africa (38 cases, accounting for 39.2%). The majority of the patients were young adults 21 to 50 years old (91 cases, 93.8%) who went abroad for work. The incidence was highest in April-August (50 cases, 51.6%). The incidence of imported cases were mainly distributed in Wen County (49 cases, accounting for 50.5%), Lanzhou (15 cases, accounting for 15.5%). The median time between onset and diagnosis was 4 days. The reported cases mainly came from clinical medical institutions, accounting for 91.8% (89/97) and disease control institutions accounting for 8.2% (8/97). Conclusions There was no reported case of locally-infected malaria from 2013 to 2015 in Gansu Province. Most of the imported malaria malaria was from Southeast Asia.
