声带白斑常被认为是癌前病变,与喉癌发病有关,且近年来其发病率有逐年增高的趋势。本文对38例声带白斑患者致病原因及治疗方法进行了分析。声带白斑的致病原因与年龄、用声过度、性别、抽烟、饮酒及反流性咽喉疾病等物理、化学及生物性炎症刺激有关。因此,做好声带白斑预防与治疗,是防止声带白斑发生、发展的关键。本组病例中,2例轻度患者经过戒烟、戒酒、休声及控制饮食等非手术治疗6个月后痊愈;36例中重度患者采取全麻支撑喉镜下常规手术治疗,经过1年的随访未见复发。
Vocal cord leukoplakia often considered as precancerous lesions, and the incidence of laryngeal cancer, and its incidence in recent years have increased year by year trend. In this paper, 38 cases of vocal cord leukoplakia causes and treatment methods were analyzed. The cause of vocal cord leukoplakia and age, overuse, sex, smoking, alcohol and reflux disease, throat and other physical, chemical and biological inflammation related to stimulation. Therefore, good vocal cord white spot prevention and treatment is to prevent vocal cord leukoplakia, the key to development. In this group of patients, 2 mild patients recovered after 6 months of non-surgical treatment such as smoking cessation, alcohol abstinence and diet control. Thirty-six patients with moderate-to-severe disease underwent general surgery under general anesthesia support laryngoscope. After one year No follow-up of recurrence.
