本文以天津J电动车有限公司装配线为研究对象,在现状调查的基础上,综合运用工作研究方法和技术、质量管理理论、现场管理理论对其存在的生产效率问题提出切实可行的改善策略。首先,通过工作研究的基本方法解决车间现场生产线作业不均衡的问题;其次,通过制定科学的抽检方案,保证生产原材料质量,为生产的顺利开展提供有效支撑,降低不良品率与返工;再次,通过现场5S管理,对生产现场进行改善;最后,通过培养多能工提高员工操作技能。
Based on the investigation of current situation, this paper puts forward an effective strategy to improve its existing production efficiency by comprehensively applying research method and technology, quality management theory and on-site management theory to the assembly line of Tianjin J Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd. First of all, through the basic method of work research to solve the problem of unbalanced operation on the shop floor production line; Second, through the establishment of a scientific sampling program to ensure the quality of raw materials for production, to provide effective support for the smooth development of production, reduce defective rate and rework; Through on-site 5S management, the production site is improved; finally, employees’ skills are enhanced through training of multi-skill workers.
