当金融危机的“火山灰”令欧美纺织服装行业愁云惨淡之时,2009年却成了中国纺织服装行业的“上市之年”。“罗莱家纺”、“匹克体育”、“中国利郎”、“探路者”等先后在国内主板、中小板、创业板及香港联交所上市,终于顺利登上资本舞台;而已经上市的纺织服装企业,如浙江富润、华孚色纺、报喜鸟、七匹狼等上市公司年报的业绩都非常喜人,成为逆境中的优胜者。中小企业通过上市融资,便可进行资本运作、扩大企业规模、提高品牌知名度、增强竞争力,迅速跨入大型企业行列。潘石屹在回答为什么上市时说:“今天的上市是与国际资本市场的接轨,是去占据市场的下一个制高点。有了这个制高点后,相当于鹰的翅膀有了风的助力,SOHO中国会飞得更快更高。”许多成长型的中国纺织企业正是看到了这一优势,准备快速地争夺“上市”这块奶酪。当中国纺织服装企业在海内外上市超过百家之时,我们通过解读上市公司在2009年金融危机大背景下所创出的不同业绩,给迫切想做大做强的纺织中小企业一个参考。
