在以往的艺术观念中,民间艺术常常被视为与正统艺术相对立的东西,对民间艺术的理论研究仅限于对具体作品进行简单的阐述,极少剖析其深层含义和艺术特性。早在漫长的农耕文化时代,除了毛笔和文字造就的文化体系,口传身授的民间文化传统同样为中华文明的持久性做出了不可磨灭的贡献。系统研究民间艺术中的装饰特点,对观察、思考和体现富有中国本土特色的设计语汇,将纪念叙事性、幻想性、秩序性、肌理性等汇入现代装饰风格的多元性,进而推进现代设计艺术的发展,具有很好的现实意义。
In the past art concept, folk art is often regarded as antithetical to orthodox art.
