2009年9月2日,由北京科兴生物制品有限公司生产的甲型H1N1流感病毒裂解疫苗“盼尔来福.1”获得国家食品药品监督管理局颁发的药品注册批件和新药证书,批准疫苗投入使用。全球首支获准投入使用的甲型H1N1流感疫苗由此诞生。从获得疫苗生产用毒株开始,新华社、中央电视台、人民日报、中国青年报等国内主流媒体以及路透社、美联社、法新社、彭博社等境外媒体都一直对此给予高度、持续的关注,使得北京科兴这个名字传遍全球。
