“十二五”规划开局之年,财政部推进评估业做优做强做大、实行母子公司集团化试点工作正在顺利进行。评估是市场经济条件下经济和社会运行中价值管理的重要手段,评估机构集团化以实现做优做强做大为目标,有利于形成推动经济增长方式转变,实现经济结构优化调整的有效专业力量,有利于提升企业资本运营核心竞争力和资本资产市场的公信力。评估业做优做强做大,有利于推动企业资本运营和经济增长方式转变,践行中国特色社会主义专业建设者责任,科学服务于企业资本运营、资本资产市场和经济社会和谐发展。本文作者就评估优强大发展的必要性、采用母子公司集团化发展的优势、以及集团内部控制和执业服务的标杆型治理等问题进行了思考,提出了一些见解,以期抛砖引玉。
