目的探讨铁线蕨体内外抑菌、利尿等作用。方法采用二倍稀释法观察铁线蕨对几种常见致病菌的体外抑制作用;建立急性系统性白念菌株感染小鼠模型,以小鼠存活率,脾脏活菌数和肾脏病理变化为指标观察该植物对感染小鼠的保护作用;建立水钠潴留的大鼠模型,观察其对大鼠尿量的影响。结果铁线蕨的水煎液对几种供试菌均具有抑菌活性;可显著延长急性系统性感染白念菌株小鼠的生存时间,减少脾脏中的菌落数,改善肾脏的病理变化,对感染小鼠具有一定的保护作用;对水钠潴留的模型大鼠尿量具有双向调节作用,低剂量增加尿量,缩短排尿潜伏期,高剂量减少尿量。结论铁线蕨在一定的剂量范围内具有良好的体内外抑菌活性和利尿作用,为其治疗泌尿系统感染性疾病提供了实验依据。
Objective To investigate the antibacterial and diuretic effects of fern in vitro and in vivo. Methods Two-fold dilution method was used to observe the inhibitory effect of Acanthopanax japonicus on several common pathogenic bacteria in vitro. A murine model of acute systemic infection of Candida albicans was established. Survival rate, viable spleen count and pathological changes of kidney were taken as indexes To observe the protective effect of this plant on infected mice. To establish a rat model of Shuinazhulian and observe its effect on the urine output of rats. Results The decoction of Pleurotus ferulae had antibacterial activities against several tested bacteria, and could prolong the survival time of mice infected with the acute systemic infection of Magnolia baumannii, reduce the number of colonies in the spleen and improve the pathological changes of the kidney, Infected mice have a protective effect; Shuinazhugu model rats have a two-way urine output regulation, low dose increased urine output, shorten the incubation period, high dose to reduce urine output. Conclusion The fern has good antibacterial activity and diuretic activity in vitro and in vivo at certain dose range, which provides an experimental basis for its treatment of urinary tract infectious diseases.
