2007年3月1日《金融租赁公司管理办法》正式实行,各家银行纷纷成立各自的金融租赁公司,迎来了国内金融租赁业发展的黄金时期。而航空租赁作为金融租赁公司一项主要业务,越来越受到各大金融租赁公司的关注。本文基于这一现状,对国内外知名航空租赁公司的发展模式进行研究,并选取中国银行收购新加坡飞机租赁企业有限公司案例进行研究,希望能对尚处于起步阶段的中国航空租赁业起到一定的借鉴意义。
March 1, 2007 “Financial Leasing Companies Management Measures” came into effect, each bank has set up their own financial leasing companies, ushered in the golden period of the development of the domestic financial leasing industry. Air Leasing, as a major business of financial leasing companies, has drawn more and more attention from major financial leasing companies. Based on this situation, this article studies the development mode of well-known aviation leasing companies at home and abroad, and chooses Bank of China to purchase Singapore Aircraft Leasing Enterprise Co., Ltd. to conduct a case study, hoping to play a certain role in China’s aviation leasing industry, which is still in its infancy Reference meaning.
