随着多层工业厂房向大跨度发展,部分预应力混凝土现浇多层框架结构日益增多。到目前为止,已建成的预应力框架结构有:单跨12~18m,双跨15+15~20+20m,层数为2~6层。我们在南京某厂机电楼12m部分预应力框架与叠合板结构体系试点工程的基础上,最近又在蚌埠橡胶厂建成18m部分预应力混凝土现浇多层框架典型工程。一、设计概况蚌埠橡胶厂再生胶车间的平面尺寸为40×18m,共二层。单跨18m,柱距4m,底层高度7.5m,顶层高度6.5m,楼面活荷载为1000kgf/m~2(本文中1kgf≈10N)。
With the development of multi-span industrial buildings to large spans, part of the prestressed concrete cast-in-place multi-story frame structures are increasing. So far, the prestressed frame structures that have been built are: single span 12 to 18m, double span 15+15 to 20+20m, and 2 to 6 layers. Based on the 12m partial prestressed frame of the electrical and mechanical building of a factory in Nanjing and the pilot project of the superimposed slab structure system, we recently built a typical 18m partial prestressed concrete cast-in-place multi-story frame project at the Silicon Rubber Plant. I. Design Overview The planar dimensions of the rubber reclaimed rubber workshop are 40×18m, with a total of two floors. Single span 18m, column spacing 4m, bottom layer height 7.5m, top layer height 6.5m, floor live load 1000kgf/m~2 (in this article 1kgf≈10N).
