本文以电子产品在振动试验中失效为实例,剖析了导致整机电子产品在振动试验里失效的系列因果关系,提出提高整机电子产品在振动试验中的可靠性的方法。
In this paper, the failure of electronic products in the vibration test is taken as an example. The causal relationship between the electronic products and the whole electronic products in the vibration test is analyzed.
