在实验室条件下,用聚乙二醇(PEG—6000)溶液模拟干旱条件,测定了10个苜蓿品种幼苗的组织相对含水量、地上部分干物质产量、相对生长率、细胞膜透性、过氧化物酶活性、游离脯氨酸含量、叶片持水力、高渗溶液下种子发芽率、反复干旱幼苗成活率,并作了根、茎、叶的比较解剖。应用主分量分析的方法对国产10个苜蓿品种幼苗的抗旱性进行了综合评定。
Under the laboratory conditions, PEG-6000 solution was used to simulate the drought conditions. The relative water content, dry matter yield, relative growth rate, membrane permeability and peroxidation of 10 alfalfa seedlings were determined. Enzyme activity, free proline content, leaf water holding capacity, seed germination rate under high osmotic solution and seedling survival rate of repeated drought. And the comparative anatomy of root, stem and leaf was made. Principal component analysis was used to evaluate the drought resistance of 10 alfalfa seedlings grown in China.
