各位代表:现在,我代表吉林省人民政府,向大会作政府工作报告,请予审议。并请省政协各位委员提出意见。一、1999年工作回顾1999年,在党中央、国务院和省委的正确领导下,全省各族人民认真贯彻党的十五大、十五届三中全会、四中全会和省委七届二次全会精神,积极实施科教兴省、开放带动、县域突破战略,解放思想,开拓进取,团结奋斗,经济建设和社会事业都取得了较好成绩。国民经济实现了较快增长。全省完成国内生产总值1670亿元,比上年增长8.1%,达到了预期目标。其
