建筑工程的施工质量不仅关系到一个企业未来的发展前景,更是维系人民群众生命财产安全的重要保证。尤其是进入21世纪以来,我国建筑行业的发展已经进入到空前的繁荣时期,同时,人们对现代施工建筑的质量也提出了更为严格的要求。本文主要介绍了当前建筑工程施工质量所应该遵循的基本原则,并提出了加强建筑施工工程质量控制的必要措施。
The construction quality of a construction project not only relates to the prospects for the future development of an enterprise, but also is an important guarantee for maintaining the safety of life and property of the people. Especially since entering the 21st century, the development of China’s construction industry has entered an unprecedented period of prosperity. At the same time, people have also put forward more stringent requirements for the quality of modern construction. This article mainly introduces the basic principles that should be followed in the construction quality of the current construction project, and puts forward the necessary measures to strengthen the quality control of the construction project.
