将20只成熟健康Wistar大鼠分成两组,每组10只,实验组大鼠放入低压舱内,以15m/s速度上升至7500m高度,停留30min,造成体内重度缺氧.结果发现,缺氧后实验组心肌组织中内皮素(ET)含量明显下降(p<0.02);硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(SeGSHpx)浓度显著减少(P<0.001),但心肌组织丙二醛(MDA)改变不明显(p<0.05),SeGSHpx/MDA比值显著降低(P<0.001);心肌线粒体钙含量明显增加(p<0.001);心肌终末微血管内皮细胞超微结构发生明显改变.结果提示,内皮细胞超微结构改变可能与ET浓度的变化、组织细胞钙超载及抗氧化能力下降有关.
