以4个结球甘蓝自交系2-1002、2-1001、R、Q2为试材,在种子萌发期和幼苗移植前期测定与耐寒性相关的生理生化指标,分析其变化规律,为结球甘蓝耐寒材料早期筛选提供理论依据。结果表明:5℃条件下种子发芽指数在各自交系间差异显著;苗期随着处理温度的降低和时间的延长,根活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性均呈先升后降的趋势;在8/-2℃处理条件下结球甘蓝在不同生理生化指标中各自交系间存在显著差异。综合评价抗寒性强弱依次为2-1002>2-1001>R>Q2,所以,可将5℃条件下的种子发芽指数和8/-2℃处理条件下的MDA含量结合起来作为结球甘蓝耐寒性鉴定的参考指标。
Physiological and biochemical indexes related to cold tolerance were measured during the seed germination and pre-seedling stage with 4 cabbage inbred lines 2-1002, 2-1001, R and Q2 as test materials, and their changes were analyzed. Early screening of cabbage cold hardy provide theoretical basis. The results showed that the germination index of seeds at 5 ℃ was significantly different among the inbred lines. With the decrease of treatment temperature and the prolongation of time, the root activity, the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD) , POD activity all increased firstly and then decreased. Under the conditions of 8 / -2 ℃, there were significant differences in the physiological and biochemical indexes between different crossbred lines in cabbage. The comprehensive evaluation of cold resistance is 2-1002> 2-1001> R> Q2, so the seed germination index at 5 ℃ and MDA content under 8 / -2 ℃ treatment can be combined as the knot Cold tolerance of cabbage identification reference index.
