在我国教育法制逐步建立健全的今天,对受教育者、教师以及教育相关主体合法权益的保护已经成为教育立法关注的重点之一。但是,在中小学教育实践过程中,对教师合法权益的侵犯案件却时有发生。因此,对于教师最基本的人身权利特别是生命权、身体权和健康权的保护,应当引起各级政府、学校的重视,教师更应当学会拿起法律这个武器保护自身的合法权益。
With the gradual establishment and improvement of the education legal system in China, the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of educated, teachers, and education-related subjects has become one of the focuses of education legislation. However, in the process of the practice of primary and secondary education, violations of teachers’ legitimate rights and interests have occurred from time to time. Therefore, the protection of teachers’ most basic personal rights, especially the right to life, body and health, should attract the attention of governments and schools at all levels. Teachers should learn to pick up the weapon of law to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
