[目的]评价小牛血清去蛋白注射液对氟尿嘧啶连续泵化疗相关毒副反应的临床疗效。[方法]60例恶性肿瘤化疗患者随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例)。治疗组在常规氟尿嘧啶连续泵化疗的同时静脉滴注小牛血清去蛋白注射液(0.4g加入生理盐水100ml中),1次/d,共治疗7d。[结果]治疗组口腔黏膜炎、消化道反应均较对照组轻(P<0.05)。治疗组KPS评分显效+稳定率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]小牛血清去蛋白注射液能减轻氟尿嘧啶连续泵化疗对患者机体的毒副反应,增强机体的免疫力。
[Objective] To evaluate the clinical effect of deproteinised injection of bovine serum on toxic and side effects of continuous fluorouracil chemotherapy. [Method] 60 patients with malignant tumor chemotherapy were randomly divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). The treatment group was given intravenous infusion of bovine serum deproteinized injection (0.4g saline 100ml) at the same time of conventional fluorouracil continuous pump chemotherapy, once a day for 7 days. [Result] The oral mucositis and digestive tract reaction in the treatment group were lighter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The treatment group KPS score markedly effective and stable rate was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The deproteinization of bovine serum can reduce the side effects of continuous fluorouracil chemotherapy on patients and enhance the immunity.
