助学贷款不是单纯意义上的助学,它的最终目的是通过助学来改变农村的教育状况,进而改变农村经济社会的落后现状,这应该是一项“未来工程”。
The student loan is not a purely aided student. Its ultimate goal is to change the education situation in rural areas through aiding students so as to change the backwardness of rural economy and society. This should be a “future project.”
