目的通过总结八例经手术病理证实的中枢神经细胞瘤,分析中枢神经细胞瘤的影像学、病理学特征表现,提出诊断此肿瘤的临床依据及临床治疗方法。方法本组8例,男2例,女6例,年龄24～49岁,平均28.2岁,病程为4d～2年。结果术后7例行普通放射治疗。1例行伽玛刀治疗,6例获随访1.5～6年;CT复查恢复良好,肿瘤无复发。结论中枢神经细胞瘤是一种相对良性的神经元肿瘤,其生物学行为上,治疗和预后均与其他肿瘤有所不同,由于目前病例尚少,需进一步研究。
Objective To summarize eight cases of central neuroblastoma confirmed by surgery and pathology, analyze the imaging features and pathological features of central neurocytoma, and propose the clinical basis and clinical treatment for the diagnosis of this tumor. Methods The group of 8 patients, 2 males and 6 females, aged 24 to 49 years, mean 28.2 years old, duration of 4d ~ 2 years. Results 7 cases received routine radiotherapy. 1 case of gamma knife treatment, 6 cases were followed for 1.5-6 years; CT examination recovered well without tumor recurrence. Conclusion CNS is a relatively benign neuron tumor. Its biological behavior, treatment and prognosis are different from other tumors. Due to the current low number of cases, further study is needed.
