目的探讨住院乙型肝炎患者尿液中HBVDNA含量及临床意义。方法用PEG6000沉淀尿液中HBV病毒颗粒,用0.5%NP40裂解提取HBV核酸模板,荧光实时PCR法检测HBVDNA含量。结果85例血清HBVDNA阳性乙型肝炎患者尿液中HBVDNA检出率为61.2%(52/85),且血清中HBVDNA含量越高,其尿液标本中HBVDNA的检出率也越高,但血清和尿液中HBVDNA含量不存在相关性(P>0.05)。结论尿液中检测到HBVDNA表示体内复制的HBV病毒可经尿中排出体外。因此,尿液可被认为乙型肝炎的水平传播和医院内传播的潜在途径之一。
Objective To investigate the content of HBVDNA in urine of hospitalized patients with hepatitis B and its clinical significance. Methods HBV virions were precipitated in urine with PEG6000, HBV nucleic acid template was extracted with 0.5% NP40, and HBVDNA content was detected by real-time fluorescent PCR. Results The positive rate of HBVDNA in urine of 85 patients with HBVDNA positive hepatitis was 61.2% (52/85). The higher the serum HBVDNA content was, the higher the detection rate of HBVDNA was in urine samples, but the serum There was no correlation between HBVDNA content and urine (P> 0.05). Conclusions HBVDNA in urine indicates that in vivo replication of HBV virus can be excreted in urine. Therefore, urine can be considered as one of the potential routes of horizontal transmission of hepatitis B and in-hospital transmission.
