1.利用热管技术回收烟气余热 河南油田不仅是能源生产单位,而且也是耗能大户。1992年全油田百余台锅炉设备消耗燃料油3.4万吨、燃煤1.3万吨。小型工业锅炉是量大面广的设备,其主要问题是效率低,能耗高,一般排烟温度均为200~300℃,排烟热损失占有相当大的比例,一般为10%~20%,有的甚至更高。不仅直接影响锅炉效率的提高,而且严重威胁着引风机的安全运行,烟气温度远远超过风机铭牌规定的温度(200℃),致使涂漆烤脱,叶轮变形,增加维修费用,缩短使用期限。
