医疗质量是医院工作的核心所在,它的好坏直接影响着医院的两个效益。在全面质量管理(TQC)推行的启示下,我们医院从1989年起重视了医疗质量管理,抓住事前控制、环节控制和终末控制三个关键环节,使全院的医疗质量有了明显的提高。主要做法是: 一、制定质量目标,建立保证体系,抓好医疗质量的事前控制 在事前控制中,我们首先抓了医疗质量目标的制定,依据医院的实际情况和不同时期专业技术人员构成状况及医疗设备等条件来确定相应阶段的目标,总的目标是在1992年和1996年分别达到“二甲”和“三乙”医院所规定的质量要求。
