针对冬枣不耐储藏的特点,研究了0.01%水杨酸处理对冬枣的影响。检验了冬枣贮藏过程中果实硬度参数发生变化,同时以电子鼻系统检测冬枣样品。试验结果表明水杨酸处理的冬枣样品的硬度指标优于未处理的冬枣样品。水杨酸处理冬枣的电子鼻贮存期检测模型(R2=0.93325)相比较未处理冬枣的电子鼻贮存期检测模型(R2=0.73406)具有更高的检测准确度。
According to the characteristics of winter jujube impotence storage, the effect of 0.01% salicylic acid on jujube was studied. The jujube jujube fruit hardness parameters were tested during the storage, and the jujube samples were detected by electronic nose system. The results showed that the hardness index of jujube treated with salicylic acid was better than that of untreated jujube. Compared with untreated jujube, the electronic nose storage period detection model (R2 = 0.73406) of salicylic acid-treated jujube had higher detection accuracy (R2 = 0.93325).
