近年来,在应用光度法测定痕量铀的显色剂中,碱性染料的研究和应用有了一定的进展。本文作者在研究和应用乙基紫(Ethyl violet,C.I.No.42600)作为铀的新显色剂的基础上,发现苯甲酸铀酰络阴离子与乙基紫阳离子在甲酸——甲酸钠缓冲溶液中形成兰色的离子缔合物,易为乙酸丁酯所苯取,在602nm处有最大吸收,可用来比色测定痕量铀。本法灵敏度很高,摩尔吸光系数ε达4.6×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。而这一显色反应尚未见文献报道。本文较详细地探讨了萃取比色的基本条件,其它离子的干扰,络合物组成,并研究了方法的应用。
In recent years, in the application of photometric method for the determination of trace uranium developer, the basic dye research and application has made some progress.
