开展大学生创新创业教育是高校素质教育的重要内容。作为辅导员,不仅在大学生创新创业教育中,担负着重要的组织工作,而且也担负着重要的指导责任。因此,对于辅导员来说,必须在积极引导大学生重视创新创业教育的同时,主动创新工作思路,认真做好创新创业活动设计,注重在实践中发挥应有的引领作用。
