针对邯宝炼铁厂2座3200m~3高炉喷煤稳定性不好的状况,通过采取喷煤设备的改造、喷煤过程控制工序的改进和喷煤工艺参数的调整等措施,使喷煤稳定性明显提高。喷煤准确性,即小时实际喷煤量与高炉需求煤量的偏差能够控制在±0.5t/h以内;喷煤均匀性,即瞬时速率的极值与设定速率的偏差能控制在±5t/h以内,为高炉长期稳定顺行创造了有利条件。
